At my job, Myspace is blocked from the company’s home-base. Inmates should not be allowed interent usage for socializing (Myspace, Facebook, Hi5, etc). don’t let them have computers inmates are there to be punished we make it way to easy on them

Let’s say a guy found his wife sleeping with another man. He shot that man with a gun, but only hit his arm. How much jail time would he get? anywhere from 1 year probation to 5 years in prison.
