First off why are these people there? Why are they even in prision. Did they do something against humanity?
Did they explode a car bomb and kill innocent women and children? This is a act of cowardice in my opinion. Why do people do the things they do? Do they not love life? Are they so self centered that they will do anything to get attention. If the news media would stop reporting these subjects we would not even know about them.
I think in answer to your question if I have read the correct accounts of what was reported and I do not know if these reports are even true they could be just propaganda to get the world’s attention to unproved accounts of abuse!
What is abuse. In my opinion prisioners have no rights!
Doing a wrongful act demands attention and the person needs to be punished!

maxwell_13, wasnt just a few bad ones. there is evidence of the highest levels endorsement in this. there are THOUSANDS of these prisons all over the world, thats illegal. by our standards, by the un, by geneva & by common decency. and yes, we can control them. its mindsets like these & the misinformation that feeds it that leads to torture & the acceptance of it, dumbaszes.

Actually this is an old issue and it was stopped as soon as someone high enough in the military found out about it. Those soldiers were all tried and convicted already which I think that their supperiors should have taken the blame but that is the way it goes. I have no idea why they did what they did and it is embarrassing for all Americans because we know in our heart of hearts that it wasn’t right.
