Why is the incarceration rate of black people so much higher than that of other races?

Is it a genetic thing, where the black race includes a gene set for "fight-or-flight" or "disobeying"?? Or is the white man keeping them down?
Neither, I believe that it has to do with the culture of giving up and blaming others. Poor parenting and other early social undertow. Our president is black and you [...]

Why is education being cut in favor of weapons and incarceration?

The politicians gonna make the U.S. look like a third world nation in a few years with all the financial mismanagement going down since schools are shutting down and consolidating but prisons are booming alongside the military with loads of weapons. That leaves most of the U.S. citizens rallying much like Hatians are doing right [...]

China came in second. With only 18% of the prisoners we do.
Funny stuff, like there is no corruption in America.. HAHAHA
Ever heard of Watergate my friends?
and China killed less than 6000 in 2007.
6000 when you have millions in prison is nothing.
Look up some info before you answer people. Please.
Ignorance is a big ol [...]

Incarceration?

Do you believe ex-cons deserve second chances ? Especially when they come out into a new world looking for a job. Everyone is so jugemental.
I think it depends on the crime. Child molester or intentionally killing someone would make me skeptical but, time served on small theft or pot charges would be something else.
