In all other correctional facilities it is strictly classified as a dangerous contraband and will not be tolerated in some cases within several kilometers of the outer walls of a prison. So...Why Germany, you may ask? Because only in Germany are these delectable fruity pastry confections more or less made LOVE to, rather than simply eaten. And rather passionately, I might add. So, you see...to deny this sensual substance to German inmates would be tantamount to cruel and unusual punishment.
