		<description>Fairly simple here. Call the facility and ask for the mailroom. Identify the inmate ( you may need his date of birth or social if his name is common). They will give you his inmate number. You can also get the mailing address from the same officer. Address the envelope as follows:

Name of facility
Address
City, State, Zip Code.
