    All people in prison aren’t Black. The race of inmates varies from prison to prison. There are prisons where the population is predominately white, predominately black, and predominately hispanic. Sometimes what determines what race occupies a prison is based on the crimes they commited. For example you wouldn’t put “Adolf Hitler” in a cell with “Martin Luther King Jr.” or “Jerry Seinfeld”. It would be non-stop violence until they killed each other.
