But as for the actual operations center, it is in Huntsville, Texas. There are over 150 prisons in the system with over 150,000 prisoners. I lived there for many years. I don't know exactly what you're referring to, but the prison headquarters is there, Walls Unit where executions take place, several prisons and a prison museum.
