My husband works for the NYS dept of corrections..Is there a site he can download his w2 from?

Does anyone know a website that he can download it from? I know you can do it for most places but im just wondering if anyone knows a site that we can do this..We are trying to file soon b/c his w2 is going to our old address so we dont wanna wait for it to be re-routed.
