a chronological resume is not possible here however I do have extensive work history, experience,and training how would I write a resume that would draw interest?
Leave off the dates and emphasize your skills and abilities. Basically the same thing a stay-at-home parent would do when they are ready to go back to work.
The conviction will come out eventually, but you can at least try to get your foot in the door before it does. If you do get in for the interview, you then will have to prove that what you did was a mistake and you learned your lesson from it.

You make a section called Work History and write a paragraph (or several bullet points) then another called Experience and another Training.
However, the question will arise as to where you worked last, why you left and the real kicker is going to be "have you ever been convicted of a felony".
Are there programs near you who help released prisoners? Often they have work details that are sort of a temporary job. The empoyer tries you out, so to speak, and if they like you and your work, they hire you. Then you don’t have to dodge the questions about your past.
