In Jails they keep more dangerous criminals such as murders, rapists etc. besides the inmates of insane asylum thirsty for blood. After all, they aren't going to be here to get the key to the city or go on a shopping spree, they'll be here under lock and key of dedicated law enforcement. I don't know where you come from but the police and corrections officers around here take their job seriously and don't just accidentally open the jail every so often. Oh, and if their buddies try and spring them, then we get to drop a few of them personally. I presume you're a conservative because none of the liberals I know have any issue with how the current administration is trying to restore this nation's integrity while they clean up the mess the last one left them.<br><b>References : </b><br> sure.
