Why does the inmate search have my friend listed as black when he’s Pakistani?

It is a descriptive notation, not a nationality or even a racial notation.
For example a Black (as in race) albino from Puerto Rico can be listed a white/Hispanic. Most police departments have other methods and most have listing on arrest reports for color, race and ethnicity.
Don"t know about Pakistanis but Indians from Madras tend to be listed as black for a physical description.

Also with all that are being processed it may just be a clerical error.

  1. Pakistani is an ethnicity; black is a race. One person can be both.

  2. They probably used the color he "appeared" to be when they filled it in. My PR friend was listed as "white".

  5. Most liberals on Y&A say there is no such thing as race.
But if you say anything against their minority of choice then you get reported.
But to answer your question, sandniggers are considered black by most definitions.

  7. Because our systems take basic races. The way it works is if you look black you are black, look white you are white etc. There are four basic races, black, white, hispanic and asian and can be used for many different real races.
