How long does it usually take an inmate in the Twin Towers Jail to receive a letter?

I sent my ex boyfriend a letter about 2 weeks ago and apparently he still hasn’t gotten it. How long do those letters usually take to get to an inmate?
i just got put on probation yesterday, and specifically said im not aloud to talk to him. but i sent the later BEFORE this happened. should i just try sending it again under a different name?

Some people just have no idea.
