, hes blind, he aint got the ability to kill anymore.. . and a person that crazy really probaly couldn’t make the proper decision . Too insane. But why spend the tax money to preserve his life?

i agree. death could be salvation. well, they could keep moving the prisoners death date back further and further so the inmate is constantly wigging out about dying, but he never does. he is just going crazy. that would be more punishing in my opinion

i personally think that if a person is insane he should be put in jail not sentenced to death – i think death sentence is for evil people who kill in cold blood and are aware of what they are doing ( but if a person is insane that means he doesnt have complete control of his actions and needs help before determination of his punishment

I don’t think the death penalty should be enacted for anyone. Prison is more brutal. let them die somehow in there.

I believe that death isnt the proper punishment…you end the criminals life but was he truly punished…I feel the answer is no…and in this guys case I feel he is truly out of his mind and should be put in a mental health facilty.

I don’t believe in the death penalty. I believe only God has the right to say, “live or die” .. not man. That’s so messed up. Dude needs MUCH prayer ….geez.
