What is required to marry an inmate that’s in county jail?

I’m a guy wanting to know what all is required to marry an inmate in county jail.
I’ve known her and been with her for 5 years.
We were planning on getting married before this minor setback.

So what’s the hurry. A marriage is forever, her incarceration isn’t. Wait until she’s out and give this some long thought.

  3. well this set back as you put it,is going to be a while longer.You can’t merry while in county jail . In less the top judge says Ok. And he ain’t going to say OK. Ive got to ask, Are you two like Bonnie and Clyde or what?
