What is the correct way to contact an inmate by mail at Oneida Correctional Facility in Rome, NY?

I am a very big fan of Lillo Brancato, Jr. He is currently incarcerated at the Oneida Correctional Facility in Rome, NY. For those who don’t know who he is, he played "Calogero ‘C’ Anello" on A Bronx Tale in 1993. I’ve addressed an envelope with the address I found online for this facility, along with his name & inmate # – is that all I need?

The envelope is addressed to him, care of the correctional facility address, and include his inmate number as well.

The envelope is addressed to him, care of the correctional facility address, and include his inmate number as well.
