Where can I find employment in Ohio for the advocacy for inmates?

I would like a position in helping to find a better way for inmates to live in our prisons and local jails because inamtes should be treated as humans too. Just to be clear, I am speaking of living conditions and visits to medical only. I am not supporting letting inmates walk.
