How long could I go to jail for driving a 150cc scooter through a Walmart Supercenter?

Assume I don’t physically harm anyone or destroy any merchandise. Also, would the use of a 50cc scooter make? If I didn’t go to jail, what would be the other ramifications?

When caught, and you will be caught; charges like, Reckless Endangerment, Trespassing, Vehicular Assault (if you so much a brush against a person). Wal Mart will also ban you from any of its stores for life and you will be liable in a civil court for any damage, real or imagined, by the store, any employee, and any customer that can prove damage. That would include someone having a heart attack, injured, because they fell getting out of your way, broken or otherwise damaged merchandise caused by people running from you.

You also run the risk of some "hero" stopping you by using one of Wal Mart’s baseball bats on you as you drive by the sporting goods.

  1. You won’t go to jail for that. I do that exact same every Thursday afternoon and all of the Wal-Mart people enjoy me gracing them with my presence.

  4. You may also be required to submit to a mental evaluation, … I’m assuming that you are either young and acting like a child or have serious problems.
