		<description>Yeah, unfortunately they can hold you for up to a year. If you didn&#039;t have a warrant already they would have to formally charge you.

Now depending on the warrant division of the latter said county, it is at their descretion to extradict you to orange co, or they could just simply put a hold on the detainment and have you serve the time at the facility that picked you up.. either way it&#039;s going to fall on disposition of the warrant and the issuing department.
