I want to find out about Mexico City’s jails and looking for a specific person?

I am looking for a friend in Jalisco Mexico jail. His name is
Sergio Navega. He was taken to jail about two months ago.

There is a telephone service where they might be able to tell you where to call to locate a person in jail, the number is (if dialed from the US) 01152-55-5658-1111, or you might wanna check the prison’s web site, try to find it by using the prison’s excat name, which you didn’t mention.
Also, check this website: www.pgr.gob.mx it’s in spanish.
