Wont the jails start filling up now because of people refusing to get Obamas Insurance?

You know in any Nazi takeover there is resistance there will be millions who tell the dems to stick it up their — and refuse the 1000 dollar find and opt to go to jail under this Nazi Health plan so what will Obama and the dems do then?

There is a fine for no purchase (beginning in 2015). There is no penalty for not paying the fine other than having the amount garnished from tax refunds.

Penalties were removed from the bill in the Senate Finance Committee.

    can’t get the court ordered mandate. Defy the court, you’re guilty of contempt,
    guilty of contempt, go to jail and that goes for ‘west coast’ and ‘jhw2′ as well!
