Treatments for Anxiety
When it comes to treatments for anxiety, most people look towards pharmaceutical treatments as opposed to healthier alternatives. This is unfortunate because exercise could prove to be one of the best means for reversing anxiety. Why is this? Often, high (or even low) intensity exercise sessions can burn off some of the excess energy that can contribute to anxiety. Certainly, this would be a positive development since the less anxiety you suffer, the fewer mental health related issues you need to contend with. Granted, exercise might not be a cure all but it can improve you ability to get a handle on your anxiety to a great degree.
